Catastrophe Of Life

Catastrophe Of Life

A Poem by Anusha Prabhu

The moon had scorched,

The sun had melted,

Gods fed on meat,

And demons screamed amen.

I could feel the world

Losing gravity and

I could feel what

Never ever happened.

The world had changed,

The other way round

Facts were stories,

And fantasy was believed

Life brought tears,

And death felt like heaven

No-one really wanted

Anymore to live

This never really happened,

But for me… it did.

And my needs

Were merely dead

My life was no longer preferred Cuz they

Wished for my death instead…
