Phoenix In The Wind

My dreams have died

Now I bow my head to sigh

 

Night is when I cry

Day is my rebuilding time

 

Too young to die

Too old to ask why

 

Now’s my time to fly

That’s why I have to try

 

I’m a phoenix in the wind

Flying towards the setting sun

To escape my sins

I don't know why but writing this poem gave me peace.
