SKIN WARS

SKIN WARS

A Poem by Andrew

I like my skin
May crawl in your's
That's not the point
Neither is it really about my skin.

Be still, be still, life is real

Wonder what it'd be like to live in your's
Think, not about the pigment
It's the ideology and hustle
See through my eyes, lens, retina and all.

Joy to the world
No not the song
Just wishing that i should and would achieve
Purpose that's beyond my being.

Nod up a storm, life's got to be lived
Irrespective of how you see and feel
Remember i said its not about the pigment
Change the ideology, you change the hustle.

Between the second and third
I changed it short
Maybe the story is still the same
My purpose, my being, my destiny.
