silence

i have no idea i wanted to bring out a contemplation of life it self does it have meaning?

Dark is the room you lay alone

too hot to cool blood and bone 

you toss and turn and you think 

Than you are on sanity's brink

"what does it all mean "you ask the wall

in full pomp and all 

you asked then you asked since 

the wall replies with empty 

silence 

"i see not,i understand not" 

you sink into non conscience

 lost in thought

"what light bring you lamp" you ask

making quiet a tramp

you asked then, you asked since 

the lamp replies in empty silence

well none gives the answers i seek 

to that i have searched all day and all week 

never the less i shall continue to seek

Hard and long i have thought

Why so hard i have fought 

was it all truly all for naught 

All the things i have wrought

A clear goal have you now

None for which to sweat you brow 

will you wander as the cow 

Is there a divine force that drove me here 

would that not feel queer 

To feel some one toward this you veer

Regardless of whether you felt fear

"what does it all mean "you ask yourself

can noone in this world help 

is thier a divine force that can 

mayhaps mayhaps not 

you sit alone lost in thought

but you asked then you answered since 

with nothing but silence

I like this, it's a good read. I think you have a typo in the first stanza 'too hot' rather than 'to hot'. But in all honesty if that's the only mistake i can find i think that's great. keep writing because there's real beauty in your words.
