Woman’s search

When young and little

Parental love-protection

Elder siblings’ support

All that she seeks

She is oppressed

Soft, tender, and weak

Great stress on body

Month after month

Breaking parents’ links

Meets lover a partner

Showers all love

Care the man she adore

At home and out

A solid worker

Playing always yet

A second fiddle

Fights injustice

Protest in frustration

Flags flying high

Marks women liberate!!

A child in her life

Change everything

Finds her new role

A mother a creator

Blind and lost

Divides her love

Between man adored

And the new born

Child little bird like

She loved grows

Strong wings make it fly

Leave her high and dry

One to another

She move breaking links

With greater hope

End with broken heart

I always said there's nothing like the love of a good woman... nice work in tribute to them.

no. woman is not liberated. she is the victim of her circumstances. we don't have equality even in the U.S. there is more equality than here in Europe. I agree with Phibby. Moving writing.

A very nice poem. I tend to agree that a woman is a liberated as she chooses to be. Thanks for sharing. Debileah

Hmm...not sure I agree with Phibby. A woman is as liberated as she wants to be. She attaches to what she chooses and leaves behind that which doesn't suit her. Hopefully anyway. This was really good. No exception, but I got caught on the following...

Child little bird like
She loved grows

Perhaps it's just me. Giving 100% for the concept and read. Lovely my dear.

A woman is never liberated, she simply liberates what touches her
heart and in her choices finds freedom. I like the way you write.
I love how your passion flies.

a touching topic of veritable sincerity with your style and singularity, while Woman is Goddess and Natures creator she also is keeper of cultural behavior ... writeous write, pal
