Happiness, surprise, fear, sadness

Disgust and anger are emotions basics

Haven’t emotions! it’s robot like

React spontaneously

 

Synchronised and interconnected

Changes in our thoughts, body state

Prepare us, how we feel, appear,

Face looks n sound our voice

 

Anger, strong feel of annoyance

Displeasure add on by hostility

Intensity range from mild irritation

till intense rage and fury

 

It’s all a family, anger, rage,

Frustration, hatred, hostility, envy,

Jealousy, disgust, contempt,

Annoyance and indignation

 

Angry or frightened

Triggered by same part of brain

Expression of fear, yet angry empowers

Try control threatening situation  

 

Stop baby crawl, witness anger

 Strike back urge intolerably strong

Young in violence rage roll on the ground

 Adults strike inanimate objects frantically

 

Threats more psychological

Anger protect egos, not physical safety

When basic needs threatened

For safety, freedom, respect

 

Ever seen an angry person!!

Shrunken brows, pressed lips

Bulgy eyes, flared nostrils, clenched fists

Face red with racing heart

 

Angry! Something happens before

Feel afraid, attacked, offended,

Disrespected, trapped, or pressured

Spurting emotion as anger

 

Powerful survival tool!

Down-shifts brains, be warned!!

Lower evolution level, isn’t human  

Someone could be hurt

 

Prolonged anger expressed

Or repressed both unhealthy

Hyper tension-respiratory problems

Hardend arteries, strokes-heart attacks  

 

Angry, state of Adrenaline

Time slows down

All happening slow-motion

As if mind and body detached

 

Anger is a powerful emotion

Can lengthen or shorten lives

Like electricity run large equipment

Can also electrocute you

 

Between stimulus and response

A space, in this space lie free will

Try to widen this space

Make you wise and matured

Very true lines. Just a little break and the anger fades a little more each time, giving you control over your emotions... giving you maturity.
