Silhouette

Silhouette

A Poem by Gracee Amores

Silhouette

Standing on the midst of a wilderness,

Anxious of things that already exist,

Shattered mind with a heavy heart,

A soul’s awake yet torn apart.

A Silhouette glance in a shaded avenue,

Her senses break and then she knew,

A crossroad lane is just a dream,

And eyes begin to tear like stream.

I enjoyed the poem. Sort of a mystery and you took the reader with you into thoughts and places.
