The Discovery

The Discovery

A Poem by La Corza
"

A response to my poem The Suicide, please read that first.

"

I race through the empty halls

-thump thud thump-

My footsteps echo all around

-thud thump thud-

I am searching for you here

-huff huh huff-

My breath is labored be my fear

-huh huff huh-

One last door now to open

-please no please-

A pool of red seeping underneath

-no please no-

I slowly push open the door

-sob gasp sob-

Already knowing what I'll find

-gasp sob gasp-

I see the ebbing flow of blood

-drip drop drip-

But I am too late, the deed is done

About
I am no longer a teenage girl. I didn't die OR find the cure for again before twenty. More's the pity. In my writing you see more of how I feel than you ever could just talking to me, with a few ex.. more..
