Grey

Grey

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk
"

Inspired by someone very dear when I was in a really bad state..

"
The Sky shows its startling grey hues
Much as the swirls of agate stones
And will not speak of dazzling sun nor demure moon
Nay, She hides Her face 'neath a veil
How jealously She guards both the rosy blossom
Upon her cheek and the blue tones of Her soul
Today, I must embroider suns of my own upon that veil
Clad in grey, She gives me reasons to excersise creativity
And climb the cliffs of my mind
And I am lost in some dream state of my own
Serenaded by the sweetness of your tones
Kindling fires in a tested heart
And causing the poetry to overflow
I grasp my purpose once again
Because of the undeniable Truths you spoke
And wonder at myself that I saw them not
When I might have been depressed to gaze upon these greys
I am all song and smiles

Ohh God when you decide to sing its like the sweetest Opera i ever heard
your voice could be reached from afar, and how sweet you tell of all..yes
the skies lost its hues and could see no more no more
i just hide under a veil,my soul suffers deep blues
but here you come and with few words you tell
cause me to rise on aching weak feet again
and defy and try to be creative again like before
i once knew that state of mind so i reach for all parts of my mind
and caress it so it helps restore my balance again
through images i used to create
they gave me joy when they flow, and i felt strong again
feel so elated like risen up again after being so numb for a long while
yes..you are all songs and smiles
what loveliness..how i could feel behind those words
really wonder how you could bring them out and so well shaped
as i said those writings drive my mind so numb..and feel so light
its just an unbelievable non ending stream of beauty..magic
lovely write..

:) Oh Blues...thank You...I am astonished by how You feel all of this...I can tell You feel it by Your words...Oh yes...what am I to say to such a perception as Yours...there is nothing for me to add nor to take away...You have expressed Yourself perfectly...I am awed that I could cause such a light state....I am honored...Thank You, dear Blues...
