I want to fly

I want to fly

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Simple request.

Let me be.

Each visit is an anchor.

I know you mean well,
  but you hold me down.

Let me play.

I can only dance with dreams.

So,
let me fly with the dragons.

'I can only dance with dreams.'

in a second i'll spirit away! this seemed to be about freedom, about not being tied down in anyway. i liked the phrasing here, short strong statements on the canvas of the page. fantastic.
