DANCING IN THE RAIN

DANCING IN THE RAIN

A Poem by Kim

Cold droplets

On my back

Each one hits

I am aware

Harder faster

More and more

The rain comes quick

I hold my arms out

And take a swirl

The cold rain eases

My aching mind

My hair hangs down

My clothes are soaked

The beautiful Sweet rain

Washes away the pain

Some days I love the rain. I will get soaked to the very bone with great pleasure if I know i can change my clothes and get warmed up afterwards. There is something about the rain that washes away a clouded mind.

About
I like to escape into the world of my mind which then allows the scribblings of reflection to flow. I write what I feel and what comes to mind. Some are silly, some are dark, some are good and som.. more..
