Roller Coaster Ride

 

My life is a roller coaster ride,

my life is a small child on the slide.

My life is a roller coaster ride.

However I am not on it.

I am waiting on the side.

I really must admit.

I want a turn on this roller coaster,

but it just wont stop.

Let me on this roller coaster,

I will ride it,

all the way to the top.

Now it’s my turn on the roller coaster,

it’s your turn to get off.

I am getting on the roller coaster.

And I am not going soft.

I really liked this piece, until the last line. It felt like you were reaching to find a word to rhyme with off. Just my opinion. but the rest of it flowed with good visuals, until the last line.
