Funny limerick about fish'n'chips and an British ship.

There once was a ship sailed the
sea,
It brought many a sailor to his
knees,
They would all eat their meal,
A fish'n'chip deal,

And over the rails,
The fish they'd return to the sea.

I don't know why the "moderator" chose you as the winner. Perhaps he also doesn't know what a limerick is, but look at the the ones who were chosen as #2 and #3. They all have good comments about their limericks. By the way, there are no bragging rights when the only one person (the moderator) chose you as the best.

Sorry. Read what a limerick is. It must fit the rhythm and cadence as a limerick. You were doing fine until the last two lines, but screwed up the whole limerick.
