Doesn’t mean you can call me a fagget,

Doesn’t mean I can’t be a christian,

And certainly doesn’t mean i’m going to hell.

Just because I was depressed,

Doesn’t mean I hurt myself,

Doesn’t mean I love the color black,

And certainly doesn’t mean i’m going to kill myself.

Just because i’m a christian,

Doesn’t mean I will try and convert you,

Doesn’t mean I agree with every christian view,

And certainly doesn’t mean I hate people who are gay.

Just because I don’t fit every beauty standard,

Doesn’t mean you can call me ugly,

Doesn’t mean I will conform to your standards,

And certainly doesn’t mean i’m not beautiful in my own way.

Just because i’m a women,

Doesn’t mean I can’t be independent,

Doesn’t mean I have to dress for others,

And certainly doesn’t mean you can touch me without asking.

Just because i’m pansexual,

Doesn’t mean i’m sexually attracted to pans,

Doesn’t mean I like everyone,

And certainly doesn’t mean I don’t have standards.

Just because I look younger then I really am,

Doesn’t mean i’m immature,

Doesn’t mean you have to hold my hand every step of the way,

And certainly doesn’t mean you can treat me like a little kid.

Just because I don’t wear makeup,

Doesn’t mean i’m lazy,

Doesn’t mean I can’t be beautiful,

And certainly doesn’t me I love the way I look.

Just because i’m me,

Doesn’t mean i’m weak,

Doesn’t mean I can’t be confident,

And certainly doesn’t mean you can judge me.
