A Poem by mikl paul

untitled. October.

-----

their have been.

    and I promise

that the quick strike of the

light     is worth it          holy

there is an attic in your    belief

that  is   love        and as the eye

    began to

        and as you       filled the

 still            and as we

    pour       all of this

     like we

and all     of us      and

 the language I want to

   know  you with is

being     with.       the sun

    is so simple

           now I see you.

my father died

    and I watch my broken

breath,    like a pier,

    needing repair,      and

would wash my face,    with

   your bright face,   and

to lay each brave head down

   between the voices of friends

         and nights such as you.

:( I feel you...I see you. The last stanza says it all.
