I have caused many mistakes
Most mistakes were out of my reach
Misconceptions are caused by anger
Regret sets in for making these faux pas

You allow your mind with the What If
Obsession over mistakes is a neglect within delusion
It is a deadly cycle that riddles life

Learn from these omissions 
You can live joyously
While avoiding the potholes of life
As long as you study your own gag reel

Nice underlying wisdom, but I think the presentation of the poem is just doesn't match. Instead of using "mistakes" over and over again, consider other synonyms to replace it. Some grammatical mistakes, but otherwise fair write. Stanzas would be a help as well
