Relaxation

When I wrote this on paper, I made it into a shape, so I was pretty sad I couldn't do that here but oh well.

Relaxation,

I find

is in a book

it is in a song.

For whenever I open

the crisp pages

of a book

and become swept away

in the music

the two escapes

become one.

This,

for me

is relaxation.

When all my troubles

suddenly

lose me.

When all my worries

soon get carried away

with a melody.

What else,

I ask,

could be more relaxing

than an escape

to peace

in the midst

of war.

I feel the same way! When I read a book, I always feel as if I have escaped into a state of relaxation. I feel as if nothing could disturb me. Great work.. :)
