KIndness

A smile can move mountains

particularly one from a stranger.

A friendly hello can make your day.

Someone who cares and listens to you.

Can really mean so much to someone else.

Small things have big actions and can mean a

whole lot.

You can really make a differance in someone

 day or even life.

Like the little old lady.

Who sees no one everyday.

Stuck inside her little flat.

And only ventures out to get

food, tea bags and milk.

She is lonely and isolated.

And that little chat with her

at the bus stop

gives her hope

and a bit of love

from a stranger.

Or the disabled boy in

a wheelchair with his mum

beside him. And you smile

and say Hello to them both.

That is a lovely gesture in

general to anyone.

Love makes the world go around

and kinds does make a difference

too.

It does not cost anything

and anyone can participate

and reap the rewards.

It is crazy how easy it is to make someone's day, yet who actually tries this in life? I appreciate the simplicity of this concept. It made me realize I should try harder as it could help others. Thank you Dawn for the inspiration.
