Black VelvetA Poem by BrittenyIt's been awhile
Black Velvet
Who would have guessed A man so tough Could wear something So soft Maybe behind closed doors In privacy A subtle smile would Slip between those Tightened scowling lips A chuckle at something Other than cruel intent Cracks in a tough exterior Written hastily On parchment Unsigned Cold hard meticulous I want to Break him Get under his Skin Peak behind that closed door Violate his privacy Watch him Crack shiver and shake Beg for secrecy and anonymity Corruption A man so strong Crumble and fall All because of Black velvet © 2011 BrittenyAuthor's Note
