I know that my writing in the past has been dark, but this one is different. This is part of a valentine's day gift for my boyfriend.

Three little words

That's all it  took

Something so special

I thought I would only read about in books

Three little words

Can be all things from motivation to hop

They push us to move farther

They help us cope

Three little words

Are like the calm after a storm

They're like a safety blanket

In cold situations they keep us warm

Three little words

They're something I hold near

Knowing those three words

I don't feel any fear

Three little words

No matter what they'll be true

I think of them and smile:

I love you
