OH, SAD BIRD NOW YOU KNOW

OH, SAD BIRD NOW YOU KNOW

A Poem by Sir Robert Robbie Lord Dudley

blue bird of Spring
out apond a tree's limb
a-wakens the day
with the song you sing
and you're singing
to the wind blowing, fly
higher and higher

blue bird of Spring
out apond your wings
until' you came around
and thenceforth you went
with the song bent
you sing there uncertain hills

a blue bird of all so go a-little thru a bright tree
oh, sad bird now you know
you had shown this to me
who can do is of so go a-little morale around again
that it is once, twice, thrice true
against the track
stay on the track, i been how kind
going for it, i am to seek for
more tired than you, oh, horse replaced
i'm all over to this place
blue bird of Spring
oh, i do whistle so try whilst to watch sparks
kept in the dark
oh, by inspirations, can recover still there-on
i was cheerless & quiet threads really got sad
although it wasn't here nesting to my sill
oh, it got me well

hopping throughout the storm
it's so, so, cold upon
sad little bird
sad little world here movement it's time
it's so, so, getting harder
i goes, i goes with-in
Odes to realize
lines of the air clear and free
of day's heavy delusion fell out
you whistles so swell so impressive hello up there
and what are you doing
oh, there, it goes, it goes looking
oh, my friend of the wind
oh, here, i does, i does
wants to know
and is, and was
and has, always something to show
opens a-chance, beginning so
listening so, imagining so much
as it is the hardest
the thing to do here even so
with encouragement
gathering, making mud it did see
stuck in flight and in aiming rolls so high
blue bird of Spring
of so slow, ambition down in-thru
oh, pay attention, oh, took awhile
oh, flight so magnificent
higher and higher
or in your beak
you have a-stick & a-twine
oh, if you almost in returns fell struggling
cannot make it up well
somehow sometimes
hopping throughout the storm
from the snow
sad bird now you know
turn and see
before you go
please, sing absolutely thru the valley moonlight
that may-be so

won't you show me
the way
to a-bright warmer day
oh, towards with me
won't you show me
the way
to one better day

won't you
won't you
you can see my best
show me the way
show me today
show me the way
to one better day

blue bird of Spring
out apond your wings
until' you came around all the time
and then you went
a-rain carrying within heart pushes on believes
away on your hopeful song
sad little bird, fly
higher and higher needs
as, yet, may you set on pencils gets nestles inside
singing a poem composed
of them tomorrows
of yellow flowers
of green grass firstly flies oh, a-hurry

oh, show me the way
show me today
show me the way
to one better day
won't you
won't you
you can see my best try
there it goes
along its way to give hardy a-look
go over it like you do blue bird of Spring
