Dear friend

Dear friend

A Poem by rosemary keogh

In your eyes I feel your sorrow and your pain.

Of years of believing you were never good

enough for anything. I see you trying to pick up

the pieces, trying so hard to start again.

If you believe, you will make it there my friend.

Don’t keep your memory’s and your thoughts at the

centre of your gut. What doesn’t kill you makes

you stronger. That’s the way we have to look.

Share your load with good true friends and watch

and watch your spirits lift. It is the one who bears

the most pain is the one  who bears the gift.  It is

the gift of knowledge purely life skills  as one day

you shall see. When you look back at your life you

will take another underneath your wing.

So keep fighting and become stronger kick

Your spirits into touch. Please remember

dear friend you are loved so very much.
