Today Is A Day

Another day I would have given up all hope

Another day I would have left you alone

But today isn't like any other day

Today is a day where I take nothing from no one

Today is a day where I live for the moment

Today is a day I make use of my capabilities

But then you put me down

Made me feel like a piece of s**t

Today is a day where I cry in the darkness

Today is a day where I sit alone in silence

Today is a day like any other day
