Flaming Black

A poem about two of my best friends.

I have two best friends
Who mean the world to me
One of them
Is named Flame DM
While the other
Is named J. Black
But don't let that order fool you
They are equals in my heart

Flame is the funniest person ever
And she always make me smile
She is beautiful, nice
And smart
Whenever I am sad
She can cheer me up
And her humor is so strong
It could stop a serial killer
In his tracks
Just so he could pee his pants

J. Black makes me smile
Whenever we talk
We have so much in common
That it would be easier
To count what we don't have in common
Which is only a few thing
She is the most gorgeous woman
I have ever laid my eyes on
She is intellegent
And so kind
She makes me happy
Whenever she is around

These are my best friends
And I will defend them with my life
And if you hurt them
I promise you
I will hurt you in return
And make whatever you did to them
Seem like nothing
Compared to what I will do to you

These two are the greatest people
I have met in a long time
And though I can have many friends
I would only need these two to be happy

Andrew, this is the sweetest poem anyone has ever written me. I simply would give you and Flame a huge group hug right now if I could, but this will have to do: (((((((((((((HUG)))))))))))))))!!!

It's true, we have soo much in common, it's quite creepy. We are like twins! I'm glad I make you happy and that you think I'm quite smart. That as well makes me happy, but I couldnt stop blushing when you said I'm the most gorgeous woman you have ever laid my eyes on!! I think you are blind, I'm simply not. - But I guess only a best friend can see something like that! You rock and dont ever change even when I spaz out and give you my lectures and try to be DR. Phil. LOL!

Things for the lack of a better word have changed. Flame DM has forgotten me and J. Black is too busy for me. I miss them both dearly.

A great write, ATG! I share most of the other comments about it, which are on this page. What more is there to say, lol? I noticed that the last two verses pay tribute to both Flame and J. Black, rather than giving preference to either one. But, perhaps that was coincidence? Either way, it gives the impression that both of these special people, are important figures in this writer's life. Clearly, Jessica seems to appreciate her section!

Lastly, I also know J. Black (online). And yes, she really is as great as this poem makes out!
