Christabel

I am 22 years of age and I am just beginning my Masters in Fine Arts (Painting). I received my BFA in Painting as well. I am not limited to just painting, however. I enjoy doing photography, sewing/fashion design, singing, playing the piano, writing, etc etc. I suppose all I can say as of now is that I am a very passionate person. I guess you could say I like to delve into myself and bring things to light through paint or written word. I do not aim to win people over by my artwork, but rather speak to them. I do these things for myself but in the process I realize that all of us humans share some common bond and if people look at my work and connect to it or have it stir some emotion >no matter what it be< or memories, then it's a beautiful thing. Feedback is important to me, I love to know what people get out of my things so please feel free to comment, critique, share, even curse anything of mine. I don't claim to be anything grand or big and special but I am myself and this is how I express it. . .

>All artwork used on my page (photos, paintings, etc.) is my own. Each work of art is separate and done with its own intentions/emotions. My writings and visual works are not meant to be viewed together as one piece, however, the more I write the more I realize that i have already taken a photo or painted a scene of similar reflection/mood... and so, I post them together, rather than leaving the photo box naked. So feel free to comment on the artwork as well!<
