Coriander

I am a girl – I take a lot of photographs and write a lot of words, both which i manipulate and generally mess with until they look they way i want. I write largely about sex, death and the things that tie them together. In 2010, i lost my only son. My writing is heavily informed by his death - this is how i process my grief. Death seems to be a major character in my life - i've lost a lot of people, and lived through it - and even finding some joy in the aftermath.
I'll finish this with a quote from my son, who was, at his very young age, quite the poet himself: ‎"I think either everything is Holy, or nothing is. I’d much rather live in a world where it’s EVERYTHING. I don’t even think god enters into it. It just is." ~Jamie
