Currently living in Nanjing, China teaching English as a Foreign Language at a High School (don't look at my use of English grammar too closely I'm a child of the 1960's education system in the UK when it was fashionable not to teach grammar). Just published a text book with a Chinese colleague helping students pass the IELTS speaking exam with a publisher in Beijing. Now I have some time on my hands I'm picking up an idea for a novel I had a few years ago when I was busy being a sociology lecturer in British Universities. Then I didn't have the time - I do now.
