S.K. Williams

I recently joined this site and I am very excited to start posting my poetry and reading the works of my fellow poets. I have been writing since a very young age. Poetry is a way of self expression, personal therapy, and such a positive outlet. I tend to write within the supernatural/occult, horror, fantasy and nature genres. My poetry can be very dark with a positive undertone. I also write poetry for adolescents and teenagers in the area of self identity and discovery with a supernatural twist. I use symbolism and metaphors within my poems as well. I tend to write in free verse and rhyme. I would love for as much feedback as possible, including suggestions, creative criticism and personal interpretation. I hope to be able to do the same for you in return.
