I am a native Californian, if there is such a thing, with a sprinkling of years in Chicago and San Francisco. However the childhood milestones in my life remained here in the City of Angels. I was born in Santa Monica, High School in LaCanada and graduated from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. My career was one not in writing but in the business of Fashion. It spanned over 30 years, first as a buyer then a designer and merchandiser and intimately my own sales company representing high fashion trimmings and fabrics to Los Angeles based manufactures.

But as the industry changed and my personal life took on a new perspective I retired from the fast paced world of Fashion to explore my love of horses and opened a company set in that arena. My creative bones tugged at the need to explore my love of story and the art of the written word. I have just finished my second novella, Ocean Park set in 1930�s Venice which I hoped soon to be published.
