I'm a graduate student working on my PhD in Neuroscience at Texas A&M. I write a lot of nonfiction as a graduate student, so I intend to use this venue primarily for practice in fiction writing.

Having written little hitherto, I can't elaborate on my style of writing. However, I intend on writing simple, short horror/scifi stories that are fresh and free of cliches, yet still preserve the fundamental elements of classic storytelling structure (inciting incident, conflict, climax, etc).
