Journey Home is a result of the thirty plus years Paul Burke has spent in the world of audio and visual arts, performing at small venues, touring with a national theater group, and championing environmental activism.

I haven't really been using Writer's Cafe but I have been pumping out some work on my other blogs. All my creativity has been concentrated in these blog postings. I am almost compelled to start writing creatively again by the work I see you all doing and think it's great. The whole review process and points thing has me a bit confused, but I haven't delved into it enough so please forgive me. I'll get this figured out sooner or later. In the meantime I'll post some blogs that should be informative if not entertaining. I mostly post about politics, music, movies and the environment. The first one however is something I wrote for our family member Sylvia - who passed away right before New Year. I'll never forget her and miss her terribly.
