About MeAbout the Writer – Lazyrus Snitch
Lazyrus Snitch writes for the broken, the burned out, and the believers who have more questions than answers. A Filipino writer drawn to themes of deconstruction, divine silence, and wounded grace, he uses myth, memory, and madness to speak truths religion often buries. He believes stories aren’t just meant to entertain—but to undo, to peel back the skin of dogma and get to the blood beneath. His writing often feels like a confession, or maybe a prayer said after the faith has already fallen apart. Influenced by both scripture and street noise, philosophy and spoken word, Lazyrus pens narratives that blur the line between sacred and scarred. His goal isn't to preach—but to provoke. Not to give answers, but to hand you the mirror. He currently resides in Davao, usually writing past midnight, accompanied by black coffee, gospel in minor keys, and a quiet ache for something more real than religion |
