I write poetry. I don't pretend to be very good at it but I like what I write. I've been told that my writing is good but I never thought I'd find myself writing poetry until one day, writing what I felt, I saw that it was a poem - if only some words were left out. Most of my poems were written during a dark period of my life. I hope when I begin to write again they will not be so dark, but perhaps more to do with society and other things that I care about rather then dark depressing childhood or romantic notions. The first poems posted are just such.
