Matt Johnson

I've been writing since I first learned to grasp a pencil. I can find refuge from my personal problems in just about every form of written expression, be it poetry, short stories, scripts etc. When an idea pops into my head I try not to limit myself to any one medium through which to express it. I've been told I have talent, but I'm always open to any amount of criticism that may be of help. My muses include Indie rock, leafless white trees, the sight of mountains silhouetted against the dark sky, stars, etc. If something strikes me in nature, I probably get inspired to write...I also love black and white photography.
