Mike Carr

Mike Carr resides in the suburbs of North Atlanta,Georgia close to where he was born and raised. He has two beautiful daughters and an almost inexhaustible affinity for words and their exponential meanings when collected in varying patterns. He enjoys traveling, reading, history, and writing, of course. He loves beauty in all forms from seedling to sunset. He feels that a more common sense approach to feelings should not be so easily overlooked by society, as a whole, and inwardly finds personal discovery to be one of the more rewarding feelings obtainable by mankind. An accomplished public speaker, salesman, and missionary, he has spoken in front of tens of thousands of people in hundreds of arenas; however he remains intrigued most by the intimate one on one conversation with people from all walks of life. It is his belief that the commonality of feelings shared by every race binds us together no different than gravity binds us to the earth and our misunderstanding of each other is our biggest threat. It is his hope that some of his writing might leave an indelible mark upon the life and love of one of his readers, the way so many writers and poets have done for him. He is certain that if the life of just one is touched, only then will the hours of contemplation and years of mental anguish be worth its survival. God bless.
