I'm 20-something creative writing major at MSUD. Though creative writing has always been my biggest passion, I started in journalism. I did well as a writer, but was a lousy reporter, and decided a year ago to switch career paths.

I plan to make a life out of the written word, in any way I know how. I've written articles for publications, online magazines, blog sites, ghost-written for companies, but I have never attempted to seriously publish my creative works. I hope to garner some more confidence in my fiction and poetry before putting it in a more permanent state.

I also joined here to interact with fellow writers and hopefully create some like-minded friendships. Don't hesitate to message me! I'm a pretty pleasant person, most of the time :)

Besides all that, I'm in a serious long distance relationship with a wonderful man. I love to travel, and try to go somewhere new every year. My best of friends are spread out all across the world.

My other varied interests include: Baking, yoga, museums, film, antiques, oddities, sideshow and circus history, East Asian cultures, the occult, kitschy and tacky styles, and dying my hair every shade of the rainbow.
