About Me

So I'm 19, I haven't really been writing all that long, and I don't write enough. So I'm hoping to remedy that situation. I mostly write short stories, I think I have a problem with ending things though and never look ahead far enough while I'm writing to figure out how to resolve things. I'm not big on poetry, I can appreciate a good poem, but I can't write one to save my life. I'm also a bit sick of poetry cause it seems everyone writes it, and the whole thing seems to escape me. I'm severely influenced by music. I like a lot of different stuff but I'm a metalhead at heart and it shows sometimes. I'm a huge H.S.T fan, and I enjoy Chuck Palahniuk immensely, so I suppose I owe a bit of my influence to them. I would just like to thank anyone who reads and reviews my stuff in advance, I write because I enjoy it, but I find I enjoy it more if I know someone is reading it.

Well, I guess what I meant was that his issue with power hasn't been resolved- at the end of the story, he's still into the power, except now he is in total possession of that power. Does that mean he still craves power? That if he even thinks there's more power to be earned, he'll still want it? Probably if he feels that way, his story isn't over- he still will want to get out to conquer more power and as a result, conquer more people. He doesn't seem to have an inkling of compassion for other people- if he does something for someone, they owe him a favor. Definitely not somebody I want to be around.
