Ron Toppings

I served in the U.S. army as a Counterintelligence Special Agent and my assignments included the Far East, 82nd Airborne Division and the John F. Kennedy Center for Military Assistance. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and taught at the Department of Criminal Justice Training for 15 years. I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and when I am not writing, my wife and I enjoy traveling and riding our motorcycles. Although I grew up in Southern California, I now make my home in the Bluegrass Region of Kentucky, where I live with my wife Mary Ellen and our dog Kody? I published my first novel, "The Rising" in early 2013 and anticipate the sequel to be published in March/April 2014. My book is an Action/Thriller and is currently available through Amazon.com.
