Kelley Rose

I am 18yrs old, I've been writing since I was about 12yrs old. My very first poem was published in our local paper. That has been about the only thing I have had published so far.
My writing expresses my inner thoughts and feelings. My poetry is almost always written to express some type of emotion I am feeling at the time.
I currently write more poetry than anything else. I really enjoy poetry. Resently, I noticed a pattern in my writing. I often write my poems in a way that makes you think they are about one thing, but at the end you realize they are about something totally different. I like that about my poetry, it keeps you guessing till the end. I don't consciously do it, but it happens all the same. I hope you enjoy it, remember things are not always as they seem ;)
