Well, you and I and every other writer worth his/her salt knows that writing is work and it takes practice, study and effort as well as a certain degree of natural talent to begin to aspire to be good at it. As someone once said, "it's 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration" I had the writing bug from an early age and here I am almost 40 years later still spilling my guts in my prose and wearing my heart on my sleeve but I think I have earned the respect of my betters as well as my peers through the years and that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, regardless of the naysayers along the way. Hang in here, I'm still here and we are the guards of good constructive critical reviews. I don't read much erotica...ho hum...BORING! yawn. lol If you get a chance read my Death of the Dog after the War. I may rewrite it but I liked the imagery my mind produced there. Not my usual nature stuff but an ominous warning on where we are heading without some serious rethinking of our global situations and impact. Whether you read or not, send me anything new you post.
