I’ve always written stories of magical realms, but my fear didn’t let me share anything I wrote. I searched for this website in order to find out if I have any talent at all or if I’m only good at making up stories. English isn’t my native language and I would like to practice here.
What inspires me to write are the stories other people tell me. I like to take those stories, put them in a magical realm and imagine what they would be like. Because when I hear the story of someone who fought against an addiction and overcame it, I see a fallen warrior who won a war in which most people don’t make it out alive.
Sometimes I write , when I get smacked by inspiration; otherwise I spend hours trying to come out with anything I like looking for the right words. And I think one shouldn’t feel like they´re obligated to write. Even though I only write fantasy it makes me feel real. It makes feel complete.
