Recently retired from the workforce, I'm now enjoying doing what I really love, writing. I've raised my three children on my own and now they practically take care of me, showering me the gift of Grandchildren. Already, even they are becoming adults. My first heartstring, Jenabelle Rose, turned nineteen. Ordinarily, I would say that makes me feel old, but it's not the joy of watching her grow into the beautiful young woman she is, it's the health problems that the nature of age uses to remind me. Writing has helped me battle those problems too. I love that I've found this site to share with others the same likes and even some dislikes. I've made a lot of good friends here and hope to make more.
