It is said that the hardest character an actor can portray is themselves.
I believe the same can be said for a writer.
The hardest thing a writer can write is their own biography.
If I had been ask to write about one of the charters I have created in my life, I could have woven a history full of twists and thrills. However, my real life is not nearly that interesting.
The best way to find out about me is to read my writing. Each character that I create has a piece of me living inside of it. They are either my alter ego, my greatest fantasy, or the way I see myself now.
The best way I can descibe myself is ecentric. This is a word I have run into many times in my life coming from other poeple and I believe it is as good a word as any in describing myself. I have also run into words such as insane and optimistic. I am all of these things and perhaps a few more.
By nature, I am a caregiver. I am a wife and mother. I play the part of Donna Reed in my house.
By demeanor, I am a leader. I am a control freak. Not quite 'my way or the highway', but I like to feel that I have things under control.
As a writer, I have completed two books, Hunters of the Harvest Moon and its sequel Blood Rights. I am currrently working on my third book with a working title of Blood Ice. It is the third installment in The Half Blood series. I invite everyone to read the excerpts that I have put on this site. I encourage all critism, good and bad. I hope you enjoy.
