I live in North Pole, Alaska, and have been writing with a purpose since 99.
I enjoy living in an artic climat and my favorite time a year is when temperatuers hover between 0F and minus 30F. No Kidding, that is the time when dogsledding is most fun because the dogs will not overheat. I have participated in NANOWRIMO the last 4 years (resulting in 3 different novel beginnings, above 50k words in the last two). I have a small collection of short stories in the works, as well as an autobiographical novel about growing op in East Greenland and raising orphaned polarbear cubs.
I am a member of several online writing groups, so I am stretching my interest in many directions. I hope to fit some time into this group, that came recommended by a friend.
