Tarak Ghosh is a published author, senior journalist and short film director. His first book “Poster” was published from Kolkata, India in 1986 when he was a student of High School. He graduated in English language in 1986 and started his career as a journalist. In 2012, he resigned from the job and switched to literature. Since that time he has gone on to write 7 novels within the genres of science fiction, fantasy, romance and supernatural. He wrote more than 55 short fictions in English. Though his mother language is Bengali, he loves to write novels in English, but poems in Bengali. He always raised his voice against the violence on women throughout the world and made short films on these issues. He believes in the power of love, unity, integrity and tenacity. He is inspired by the poem "If" by Rudyard Kipling.

"If you dream and not make your dreams your master
If you can think and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;"
