Just wanted to thank you again for the punctuation suggestions on 5 a.m. Blues. It makes a world of difference to the whole thing. That's the type of reviewing I like the most and the whole reason I write here. Thanks for helping me get better.
LOL, the two trees have some old stories behind them one was a way for cheating wives to go to hell (climbing up the tree) the other is an asian version of the sirens. :P

My rent just went up - I'm thinking of moving in the next few months now too but damn it, I have expensive taste -- dumb beach, if it wasn't so close...I would never know better.
