About Me

I am breaking into the age of blogging. I have had a computer forever and a day, even fortunate enough to have a commodore64, for those of you who remember, yet, I have written probably 99% long handed and into journals or scribbles on notepads. I think there may be some issue of security or fear of loss that has kept me out of the blogosphere, but, I find it more and more enticing. As for loss, I compiled 271 pages of short stories, poems, lyrics and non-sequitured ramblings together. Neat arrangement. Four years approximately. Destroyed. Water damage. Unbeknown to myself at the time, it sat and disintegrated into a muddle of no translation. Lost from my mind were the words that I wrote. Its sad, yet bewildering, for I thought that I had really created something, it forced me to re-create anew. Different. I look back at those scribbles as being Blakes 'doors of perception' for me.

~"If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things thru' narrow chinks of his cavern." ~ William Blake

Finality, in its finest hour. Closure. Paradigms shifted. Beautiful!
