As in, the song by Feist. Anyway, this contest is brutally simple. Go out and stare at the sea. Yup, just look at it. And then come back and tell me what you think. Write me a poem, a short story, anything that encompasses what the rolling tide makes you feel. Sea creatures? Alright, you can write about them. Self-contemplation? That's perfectly allowed too.
