Holly Abidi

I was born in British Columbia Canada. After graduating from high school I traveled to Virginia U.S. and enjoyed living there for two years. I attended Virginia Commonwealth University and worked toward my English degree.

I�ve always shared a love for writing and in grade 9 I began submitting poems and various other publications where possible. I have had a poem entitled, "Shimmering Light" featured in the Lumby Valley Times, the local community newspaper.

I also love to stay busy and I'm actively involved in online communities for writers, http://www.writing.com/. The online communities allow me the chance to talk with other writers, share ideas, improve, and just have some fun.
