About Me

I have been trying to write my own pieces for awhile now, but I never really had that excess drive through the assistance of other people. This site seems like a perfect way for me to express myself, meet new people, and really find a way to get my ideas down on paper. I am really new at the whole writing scheme however, and I really hope I get better at planning and writing in general. Thanks for checking my profile out, guess we may hit an exchange of writing. I'm getting such a great response... and I'm happy with the edit I did, so I just may try to get it published somewhere. I still am a teeny bit unsure if its ready for that, but there's no harm in trying I suppose. I'll never know unless I try right? And you're right, people do need stories from the heart.

Sweet, that's gonna be about how long I'll be up, at least. I'll definitly have it up by then, provided I don't hit some serious writers block, which I can feel coming, but may not. Anyway, I'll probably start in a little while, for now i'm takin a short break. I've been writing for hours.

Thank you so much for your amazing and kind review of Tuesday, You Broke Me.. It's a bittersweet story for me and took a long time to write.

I literally just changed a few things as per some people's suggestions. One of them being the part about Pompeii. It did resemble the aftermath of a volcano... and when I was there, I could only wonder if that is how it was like in Pompeii so many years ago..

But again, thank you so much =)

Thanks for the helpful review! IT's funny, but I didn't even notice those repititions, and I am very grateful that you pointed them out! When I read my own work, it's just like I'm talking to myself, and I'll catch a wayward phrase every now and then, but I'll let some redundancy slip through! ^_^ Wow, I'm so pleasantly shocked that you enjoyed the story so much! Thanks again!

Thank you for your review! Sorry that mine was so short... I actually wrote two, and the first review didn't work.

Yes, Jesus was definitely the inspiration for "Time To Remember"... I feel I owe Him so much, and that I don't write about Him enough. He gave me a love for writing, so I want to give Him the glory by leading people to the Cross. Your poem was such an inspiration! Have a blessed day!
